FAIR TRADE SHOP 50TH ANNIVERSARY

A date for your diary.

As part of the Fair Trade Shop’s 50th Anniversary this year there is a special event on Saturday 16th May.

From 1.30pm there will be an opportunity to shop, exhibitions as well as the unveiling of a commenerative plaque.

At 3pm there will be a sparkling cream tea.

Tickets are £15.00 available from the shop or from Katharine Garland on 07716 102911.

PENTECOST PARTY

Pentecost is known as the “birthday of the church” and to celebrate this there will be a bring and share lunch after the 10.30am morning service on Sunday 24th May.

Come and join the party from approximtely 12 noon to celebrate the occcasion.

There will be sign up sheet in the foyer for you to register your attendance and indicate what you will be bringing.

MESSY CATHEDRAL

On Saturday 16th May at Rochester Cathedral there will be a Messy Cathedral (similar to Messy Church).

All Ages Welcome.  This is a free event and there is no need to book.

There will be a sensory breakout space with tents and selfregulating activities for those who benefit from or need a quieter space.

St. Andrew’s Church has been at the heart of the community in Paddock Wood, since 1851, when it first met in a hop pickers hut. Over the years it has continued that mission endeavour, and today is the focal point for many in our town, both spiritually and communally. We are an Anglican and Methodist Church, whose services are inclusive and reflect the best of both traditions in a modern, accessible and friendly atmosphere.
